Welcome to the complete official documentation for AutoForwarder Bot. AutoForwarder Bot is a high-performance, asynchronous engine designed to bridge, replicate, filter, and transform messages across Telegram channels, supergroups, and topics in real-time.

2. Account Setup & Connecting

To capture messages from your channels, connect your account inside the bot:

1. Open the bot on Telegram and tap Connect Telegram Account (or use /login).
2. Send your phone number in full international format (e.g., +919876543210).
3. Telegram will send an official authorization code to your Telegram app. Enter the code in the bot.
4. If you have Two-Step Verification (2FA) enabled, enter your cloud password when prompted.
5. Your account is securely encrypted and connected. The login code is automatically wiped for your privacy.

2. Creating Forward Rules

Each forwarding task defines a source and one or more target destinations:

• Source Chat: Channel ID (e.g. -1001234567890), username (@SourceChannel), or select from your channel list.
• Target Destinations: One or more channel/group IDs or usernames where messages should be replicated.
• Status: Rules can be toggled ON or PAUSED at any time with a single tap.

3. Clean Copy (Author Tag Removal)

By default, messages are sent as a clean copy rather than a standard forwarded message. This strips the "Forwarded from Channel X" header entirely, presenting the post as an original publication in your destination channels.

4. 🌙 DND Mode (Quiet Hours & Scheduling)

Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode allows you to automate quiet intervals during which forwarding is temporarily paused. This prevents unwanted night-time notifications or message bursts during non-operational hours without needing to manually turn rules on and off every day.

• 24-Hour Time Format: Set quiet windows in standard HH:MM-HH:MM format (e.g. 23:00-07:00 for overnight quiet hours, or 13:00-15:00 for midday breaks). Overnight intervals across midnight are handled seamlessly.
• Multiple DND Windows per Task: Configure multiple quiet windows on a single forward rule to accommodate split daily schedules.
• Local Timezone Synchronization: DND windows operate according to your preferred local timezone (e.g. Asia/Kolkata, America/New_York, Europe/London, or UTC). The background engine automatically converts server time (UTC) to your local clock, ensuring quiet hours match your real-world time. Use /timezone or tap 🌐 Change Timezone in DND settings to customize your region.
• Automated Daily Bot Alerts: Every time DND mode triggers:
  • 🌙 DND Activated Alert: Dispatched via the Controller Bot when a quiet window begins, notifying you that forwarding is now paused.
  • ☀️ DND Deactivated Alert: Dispatched via the Controller Bot when the quiet window ends, notifying you that real-time forwarding has resumed automatically.
  Daily alert notifications can be toggled ON or OFF at any time.

5. 🔢 Forward Every N Messages (Sampling & Curation)

The Forward Every N Messages feature enables automated frequency sampling, allowing you to forward only 1 out of every N eligible messages from a source channel while automatically skipping intermediate posts.

• Configurable Frequency (1 to 1000 posts): Choose any frequency ratio between 1 and 1000:
  • N = 1: Forward 100% of posts (all eligible messages).
  • N = 2: Forward every 2nd post (50% volume — posts 1, 3, 5, 7...).
  • N = 3: Forward every 3rd post (33% volume — posts 1, 4, 7, 10...).
  • N = 5: Forward every 5th post (20% volume — posts 1, 6, 11, 16...).
  • N = 10: Forward every 10th post (10% curated digest — posts 1, 11, 21...).
• Eligible Post Counting: Posts are only counted toward N if they pass all configured filters (media types, keyword whitelists, and blacklists). Dropped or duplicate posts do not consume counter slots.
• Independent Source Counting: Each forwarding rule and source maintains its own independent atomic counter in the database.
• Instant Counter Reset: Use the 🔄 Reset Counter button at any time in the bot or Web UI to reset progress back to 0 so the very next incoming message is guaranteed to forward as post #1.

6. ⏱ Delivery Delay & Spread Mode Pacing

Control the exact delivery timing of forwarded messages with two distinct delivery modes:

• Configurable Pacing: Adjust delay from 0s up to 120s directly in the bot via /rules ➔ Options ➔ Delay or using the Web Dashboard slider.
• One-Tap Mode Toggle: Seamlessly toggle between Fixed Delay and Spread Mode with a single tap in the Options menu.

8. Text Scrubbing & Formatting

Cleanse and rebrand forwarded content automatically before it hits your target audience:

• Remove Links: Automatically strips http://, https://, and t.me/... hyperlinks.
• Remove Usernames: Automatically strips @mentions and channel handles.
• Find & Replace: Define word pairs to substitute competitor names, promotional links, or branding (e.g. @OldBrand ➔ @MyBrand).
• Custom Headers: Prepend an announcement, warning, or brand watermark at the top of every post.
• Custom Footers: Append your community links, disclaimers, or signature at the bottom of every post.

9. Inline Buttons & Links

Manage post buttons dynamically:

• Convert Buttons to Text: Source posts containing inline buttons with URLs will have their labels and hyperlinks converted into clean markdown text links appended to the message.
• Custom Buttons: Attach your own custom inline buttons with URLs (e.g., [Join VIP Channel] or [Claim Bonus]) to every forwarded message.

10. Forum Topics & Thread ID Support

Telegram supergroups support Forum Topics. AutoForwarder Bot allows you to route messages specifically into individual topics:

• Specify dest_topic_id (Message Thread ID) on your target destination.
• Forward channels into specific topics or route individual topics into dedicated channels.

11. Auto-Delete Timer

Keep your target channels clutter-free by automatically deleting forwarded messages after a set duration.

• Set auto_delete_seconds (e.g. 600 for 10 minutes, 86400 for 24 hours).
• Ideal for flash sales, temporary trading alerts, countdowns, and expiring promo posts.
• The original source message remains completely untouched; only the destination copy is wiped.

Replicate entire channel histories in bulk:

• Specify a source chat, target destination, and starting message ID (or clone the last N messages).
• Date-wise Clone: Injects chronological date headers (📅 May 31, 2026) when transitioning between days.
• Includes automatic FloodWait pacing (1.5s delay per message) to guarantee account safety.

5-Day Pro Trial Eligibility & Anti-Abuse System

• Triggered on First Account Login: The 5-day trial begins only after successfully connecting a Telegram account via /login, not when first interacting with the bot.
• Strict Anti-Abuse Verification: To ensure system integrity and prevent free-tier abuse, our engine enforces dual-layer tracking:
  • If a user starts the bot, logs out, and attempts to login another Telegram account, a new trial is not granted (tracked via user trial state).
  • If a new bot user attempts to connect a Telegram account (or phone number) that was previously connected or granted a trial in the system, the trial is not granted (tracked globally across our system).

14. FloodWait & Safety Pacing

Telegram enforces strict rate limits on MTProto sessions. AutoForwarder incorporates multi-layered safety mechanisms:

• Adaptive Cooldown: Automatically detects FloodWait errors and puts the affected destination into cooldown before retrying.
• Configurable Delay & Spread Mode: Add an intentional inter-message delay or activate Spread Mode to pace out consecutive messages evenly.
• Rate Limiting: Enforce maximum forwards per hour to stay safely within Telegram's posting thresholds.

15. Proactive Account Alerts & Expiry Notices

AutoForwarder Bot proactively monitors your MTProto sessions and subscription status in real-time:

• Telegram Account Limited Alert: When your connected Telegram account triggers an MTProto rate limitation (FloodWait), the Controller Bot immediately notifies you in private chat. The alert states the exact required cooldown time (e.g. 9 minutes), informs you that forwarding will auto-resume once lifted, and recommends pacing adjustments (such as adding a 3–5s delay in your rule options).
• Session Disconnected / Banned Alert: If a connected session is logged out by Telegram or the account is restricted (SessionRevoked, UserDeactivated), you will receive a direct notification with the reason, auto-pausing your rules and guiding you to re-login or transfer your account.
• Subscription Expiry Reminders: Automated alerts are dispatched at 7 days, 3 days, 1 day, 30 minutes before expiration, followed by an expiry notice, ensuring you never miss a renewal deadline.

16. Account Migration & Transfer System

If your connected Telegram account ever gets deleted, banned, restricted by Telegram, or you switch to a new phone number, you never lose your subscription days or forwarding rules:

• Every user receives a unique Account Transfer Key (format: TRF-XXXXXXXXXXXX) displayed upon subscription and accessible via the /transfer command.
• To migrate, simply open the bot on your new Telegram account and send:

  /transfer TRF-YOUR-TRANSFER-KEY

• All remaining subscription duration is calculated to the exact second and resumed on the new account. All existing forwarding rules are automatically transferred.
• A fresh transfer key is then generated for the new account for complete future protection.
